Christmas Collection Initiatives 2021
The Christmas season is upon us and we would love to help those in need. We have 3 areas where you may be a blessing to someone this Christmas:

We are going to be loving our LIV Mums and children again this Christmas by taking the Mums shopping at Gateway to shop for the children and themselves. The dates are Saturday 20th November from 9-12 and 4th December 9-12. We also love to take the Mums for a lunch at the end of their shop to honour and thank them for loving the children. LIV has 32 homes and mostly 5 or 6 children per home with a Mum.
If you would like to sponsor a family and/or take them shopping please contact Tanya at Harvest Church. You could do this as a group of friends, a Life group or a Bookclub. You will also receive a Section 18A certificate if you sponsor as a company.

We Are Durban would like to invite you to partner with them for their 2021 Bucket Drive this November. They are asking people and companies to buy a R 30, 20-litre bucket from them with an attached shopping list valued at R 270 and ask you to fill the bucket with the food items and then they will distribute it.
The buckets predominantly go to families with children who benefit from school feedings schemes during the term, as when they go home for the holidays they don’t get their daily meal and their families often struggle to provide. Every single bucket makes a difference, so it doesn’t matter the number of buckets you choose to fill.
The Bucket Drive runs from now until 28th November with distribution over the first week of December 2021.
